Most Bit Space implementations go live within 4�?"8 weeks. Simpler setups (e.g. Starter plan, 2�?"3 modules) can go live in as little as 2 weeks. Enterprise projects with data migration and many modules typically take 6�?"10 weeks.

Can we migrate data from our existing system? �-�

Yes. We handle data migration as part of the configuration phase. We work with Excel exports, CSV files, and direct database exports from common systems. We map, clean, and validate your data before importing it into Bit Space.

What happens if something goes wrong after go-live? �-�

Every implementation includes a 30-day hypercare period with priority support. After that, our standard and enterprise support plans cover ongoing assistance. For enterprise clients, we offer SLA-backed response times.

Do we need IT staff to manage the system? �-�

No. Bit Space is a fully managed cloud platform �?" we handle all infrastructure, updates, backups, and security. Your team only needs to know how to use the system, which is what training covers.

Can we add modules later? �-�

Absolutely. You can start with the modules you need most and add more as your business grows. Because all modules share the same data layer, adding a new module doesn't require re-implementation �?" it's a configuration change.
